About Us

Full Circle Paddles is a female-run tax-exempt nonprofit organization.

Our Board members come from a range of backgrounds,

and are passionate about bringing equity to access to youth in Pickleball.

What provided inspiration? Everyone deserves an opportunity to experience the fastest growing sport in the world. Our founder, Lori Towle, has played in tournaments in many states across the U.S. and played in the Pickleball U.S. Open in April 2024. With 5,000 players of all ages at the US Open, one question inspired this organization: How can the sport include more ethnic and cultural diversity? Lori left Naples determined to find a way to bring equity to access in Pickleball.

Within the first 9 months, over 200 paddles have been collected and donated to youth in Boston, Methuen, Haverhill, Dorchester, Lawrence, and Salisbury.
